At each refreshment point, competitors must register or face disqualification. The organization may establish additional unannounced checkpoints. Random checks for mandatory gear may be conducted, and refusal will result in disqualification.

There is a cut-off point:

- Teodulo Refuge (18 km) at 11:00

Competitors arriving after this time will be allowed to finish the race on the CMUR 30 course, receive a Finisher medal, and be placed at the bottom of the rankings.

The refreshment stations, accessible only to competitors, will provide drinks and food deemed appropriate by the organization to ensure proper hydration and nutrition. No cups will be provided; each competitor must carry their own. Special dietary needs must be managed by the athlete. There will be five refreshment stations along the course:

• Croce Giovanni Paolo II (6 km)
• Cime Bianche Laghi (14 km)
• Teodulo Refuge (18 km)
• Schwarzsee Paradise (27 km, water only)
• Teodulo Refuge (36 km)

Any additional food or drinks purchased at the refuges will be at the competitor’s expense. A hot meal will be provided to all registered athletes upon arrival.

Registration is available online only at www.wedosport.net from 8:00 AM on February 1 until 500 competitors are registered (registration order applies).

A waitlist will be created for overbookings. Registration is valid only upon payment completion.

The registration fee is 40 € until 31/01 and €50 afterward.

ELITE RUNNERS

Registration will be free for teams where at least one of the two competitors has at least 820 ITRA points (720 for women). To register under this category, you must send an email with the details to info@cervinosportevents.it. At the start (at least 15 minutes before), elite teams must position themselves at the front of the line-up according to their bib number. If they are classified in the top positions, they must attend the awards ceremony

Categories:

• Senior: 18-39 years
• Veterans 1: 40-59 years
• Veterans 2: 60 years and over

If the race is interrupted or canceled due to weather or other reasons beyond the organization’s control within the last 15 days, no refunds will be issued.

In case of injury or illness within a month of the event, athletes must submit a medical certificate and inform the organization via email (info@cervinosportevents.it). They may choose between a 50% refund or deferring their registration to the following year’s edition. This choice forfeits any further refunds.

• Suitable trail running shoes.
• Crampons with elastic straps and at least 10 metal spikes;
• Jacket with hood, insulated with down, Primaloft, or similar, plus a waterproof layer, or alternatively, long-sleeve shirt, fleece, or heavy layer plus a waterproof layer (always three long-sleeve layers, one of which must have a hood).
• Full-length pants or ¾-length pants as an alternative.
• Gloves and hat.
• Backpack containing all mandatory items.
• Cell phone (a smartphone is recommended) with international roaming, the organization’s emergency number saved, charged battery, and kept on during the race.
• Water bottle or camel bag with a minimum capacity of 1 liter + personal cup (no cups provided at refreshment stations).
• Thermal blanket/emergency cover.

The night before the race, the organizers will decide if the mandatory gear can be reduced based on the weather forecast.

RECOMMENDED GEAR

It is recommended to carry the following:

• Waterproof pants;
• First-aid kit (bandages, plasters, elastic bandage);
• Sunglasses;
• Sunscreen;
• Neck warmer.

• Unsportsmanlike conduct, threats/insults towards athletes/organizers/volunteers;
• Actions deemed dangerous or that compromise the race;
• Missing a checkpoint;
• Littering or environmental damage;
• Failure to assist a fellow competitor in difficulty;
• Using transport during the race;
• Refusal to undergo mandatory gear checks or lack of mandatory gear.
